In order to deal with the urgent need of transit passengers repatriating through Thailand to the third countries, the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand gives special exemption to the Notification on Practical Guideline for Air Operators Performing Flights into the Kingdom of Thailand dated 19 March 2020 under the following conditions :

1. Being foreign passengers transiting through Thailand to the third country with the transit time no more than 24 hours;
2. Having "fit-to-fly" health certificate to present at check-in and throughout the duration of the journey.
