Travellers to Phuket Sandbox can register for COE at https:// coethailand.mfa.go.th from 28 June 2021 at 08.00 hrs. (Israeli local time)

Applicants, who have earlier registered online for a COE, will receive a notification that their requests are rejected. They need to log into their accounts to select "Phuket Sandbox" category, and upload their Vaccination Certificates (the version with QR Code) from 28 June 2021 at 08.00 hrs. onwards.

The Department of Disease Control of the Ministry of Health of Thailand will first verify each applicant's vaccination certificate, and the Embassy could then approve the COE accordingly.
