On 14 July 2022, the Royal Thai Embassy in Tel Aviv organized a Thai kosher food cooking demonstration at the Ambassador’s residence to promote the flavours and the rich heritage of authentic Thai cuisine.

 

The event showcased authentic Thai kosher dishes and cooking methods, as well as provided ingredients which were available for sale. The event’s participants had an opportunity to cook and taste their dishes after viewing the demonstration by the Ambassador’s chef. The cooking class featured 3 famous Thai dishes : Chicken Thai Green Curry with Avocado, Tofu Pad Thai and Mushroom Larb Salad. All participants thoroughly enjoyed the cooking demonstration, and will be able to re-create the authentic and kosher Thai dishes at the comfort of their homes.
