On 7 May 2024, Ambassador Pannabha Chandraramya, Ambassador of Thailand to Israel, handed over 14,969.01 shekels to Mr. Ohad Amar, Executive Director of Kav LaOved, as a token of appreciation for the organisation's invaluable assistance in protecting the rights of Thai workers in Israel. On this occasion, both sides discussed additional measures to support and assist Thai workers in Israel, with a particular focus on ensuring the protection of their legal rights in Israel.
