Required documents :

(1) A passport/Travel Document valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Thailand

(2) A clear photocopy of the passport/Travel Document

(3) One (1) recent colour passport photograph with white or blue background taken within the past 6 months

(4) A copy of the flight confirmation or the electronic ticket

(5) A copy of the Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) Hotel reservation (For list of ASQ hotels, please visit www. hsscovid.com)

(6) A copy of the hotel/accommodation reservation in Thailand after the mandatory 14-day quarantine in an ASQ hotel

(6) A bank statement of an account in Israel, issued in English language, showing sufficient fund for the proposed stay in Thailand

Upon check-in at the airlines counter, non-Thai nationals travelers must present the following documents : 

(1) Certificate of Entry (COE) issued by the Royal Thai Embassy

(2) Negative COVID-19 Test Result (using RT-PCR method) issued within 72 hours prior to departure time

(3) A medical insurance with minimum coverage of 100,000 USD, including COVID-19 treatment
