On 9 November 2021, The Thai Ambassador, Ms. Pannabha Chandraramya along with Mr. Joseph Gillor, Thai Honorary Consul-General and Chairman of Israel-Thailand Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Minister, Miss Pornpunnee Pinpokintr, Thailand’s Office of Commercial Affairs in Tel Aviv, and Miss Yanisa Chuchotthavorn Gefen, First Secretary met with Mr. Matan Vilnai, President of Israel-Asia Chamber of Commerce to discuss ways and means to increase trade and investment between Thailand and Israel. Both sides agreed to pursue various collaborations in 2022, such as seminars, information on upcoming exhibitions and expos, and business matchings.
Thailand and Israel have enjoyed close and cordial diplomatic relations for more than 60 years, with total yearly trade value of over 1,000 million US dollars.
