On 17 March 2022, the Royal Thai Embassy in Tel Aviv organized a Thai kosher food cooking demonstration at the Ambassador’s residence to promote the flavours and the rich heritage of authentic Thai cuisine.

 

The event showcased authentic Thai kosher dishes and cooking methods, as well as provided ingredients which were available for sale. The event’s participants had an opportunity to cook and taste their dishes after viewing the demonstration by the Ambassador’s chef. The cooking class featured 3 famous Thai dishes : Chicken Thai Green Curry with Avocado, Tofu Pad Thai and Mushroom Larb Salad.

In addition, the participants received Thai cookbooks and a list of Thai Restaurants with Thai SELECT certificate, courtesy of the Office of Commercial Affairs in Tel Aviv.
