Non-immigrant O (Retirement)

1. ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS 

• Applicant must be 50 years old or over (on the day of submitting the application)
• Having the nationality of or residence in the country where applicant’s application is submitted.

2. Non-Immigrant O (Retirement) CONDITIONS

2.1 Holder of Non-Immigrant O (Retirement) Visa will be granted a maximum stay of 90 days upon entry to Thailand. 

2.2 Employment of any kind is strictly prohibited.

2.3 The visa is issued to an individual applicant only. 

3. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED 

     3.1 Passport with validity at least 18 months from the date of visa application. 

     3.2 Bank Statement showing a deposit of the amount equal to and not less than 800,000 THB during the 3 months prior to the visa application, or documents certifying PENSION income of not less than 65,000 THB. In case of submitting a bank statement, a letter of guarantee from the bank (an original copy) is required. All financial documents must be translated into English, with the translation being certified.
