Applicants who wish to apply for a Long Term Resident (LTR) Visa must obtain a permission as a "qualified applicant" from Thailand's Board of Investment (BOI) prior to applying for the visa at the Embassy. 

Please follow the steps detailed in the posters below in order to obtain the permission from the BOI. 

Once the applicant obtains the permission, the applicant must apply for the visa at the Royal Thai Embassy by making an appointment at https://visathaiembassytelaviv.setmore.com/. 

Documents required for obtaining the visa at the Royal Thai Embassy: 

1. Applicant Form with photographs attached

2. Application Fee : 7,500 NIS

3. Letter or Document from BOI stating that the applicant is a "qualified invididual" for the LTR visa

4. Air ticket to Thailand (if applicable)
