On 10 August 2022, H.E. Ms. Pannabha Chandraramya, Ambassador of Thailand to Israel, led officials and staff of the Embassy to donate formula milk, diapers, necessities and toys from the Embassy, Office of Commercial Affairs, the Labour section as well as the Thai public in Israel to Mothers Make a Difference, a group of volunteer mothers who provide essential aids to mothers and children in need in Israel, and Mesila, a unit under Tel Aviv Municipality that provides assistance and social services to asylum seekers and undocumented people, especially children under 18 years old.

This donation is the Royal Thai Embassy’s activity for “doing good deeds” to commemorate the 90th Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, and in line with Her Majesty’s unwavering commitment to promoting the well-being of mothers and children in need.
Mrs. Chloe Sandler, founder of Mothers Make a Difference and Mrs. Abigail Hurwitz, Director of Mesila, welcomed the Embassy’s team, gave a short briefing about the organizations and expressed their appreciation for the donation, which will be handed to children and mothers in need. At present, Mesila provides direct assistance to approximately 10,000 children with special needs in Israel.
